Implementing change for continuous stability
The CHANGE MANAGEMENT module focuses on the follow-up of the solutions implemented during SOLUTIONS phase of the whole process, as well as supporting all the participants in their ongoing work. The modules responsibility is to ensure that the implemented changes and new knowledge are applied in practice. Giving room for developers to further grow and thereby ensure the system’s continuous and stable operation.
Quality Gate - Continuous Integration & Delivery
In the „Quality Gate” process the measurements and checks are run again which have been used during the DEEP ANALYSIS, this time focusing on the implemented changes and their impacts. This forms the basis of the EVALUATION & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT module. The goals of the „Quality Gate” process are:
